STEP 1
Click on BOOK A COLLECTION, complete some basic details listing what you would like us to collect from your premises and where in the UK you are, and one of our team will get back to you with a free quote within 48 hours with no hidden costs.
STEP 2
Once you are happy and would like to go ahead with your quote, we will book you in for a clearance where one our friendly ADR certified Collection Agents will come to your premises at an agreed convenient time.
Having arrived, they will do all the heavy lifting for you, safely loading a Synergy vehicle ready for onward transport.
STEP 3
Our team member will leave you with all the paperwork you require to provide a full audit trail and peace of mind that your cylinders are being handled safely and recycled compliantly. Our team are flexible and can also add on additional cylinders where needed to ensure you are 100% happy before they leave.
STEP 4
Arriving back at our licensed facility in Kent, our Site Team will safely unload, sort, segregate, repatriate, recycle and dispose of your cylinders depending on their type and ownership following a series of visual and physical tests. All wastes are treated compliantly in line with Environment Agency, HSE and industry regulations.
STEP 5
From the second we collect your cylinders, our Office Team can begin processing your paperwork and will provide you with an invoice that will always match your quote. Once paid, we will then send you a digital PDF collection report with a clear breakdown of costs, weights and everything you need going forward! Happy Days!
