Indeed, compliance is at the forefront of everything we do since it is of paramount importance that we act responsibly, legally and with the minimum impact on people and the environment.

Before Synergy Recycling undertakes any work in this specialised field, we must be able to demonstrate full compliance under a wide range of conventions and abide by the applicable regulations involved. We achieve this through our relationship with a network of partners around the UK and Europe and bring to bear our many years’ experience in undertaking with work of this kind.

Synergy staff are well versed and knowledgeable in knowing which paperwork applies to certain waste types and when gas cylinders fall in or out of scope of both ADR and The Controlled Waste Regulations (England and Wales) 2012 as to prevent the classification of waste types.

Synergy are fully licensed and regulated by the Environment Agency and hold Waste Carriers, Brokers and Producers Licences.
